"We change your thoughts; as they become your words.
We enrich your words; as they become your actions.
We redirect your actions; as they become your habits.
We watch your habits; as they become your character.
We dignify your character; so that you can create your destiny?
What does Career Security mean?
Taking a complete accountability and responsibility of the students by identifying their talent, classifying their strength, guide them, to mentor them and to help them find a certain result for what they are striving for. Civil Services is first of these careers, which can be made 100% secure, under the new revolutionary pedagogy.
Also, to provide the students with multi dimensional avenues, whose talent and strength transcend beyond Civil Services, such as Academics at International Level, Journalism for 21st century, Policy making For new India, and a business development skill that enables the candidates to become billionaires.
This is to be achieved by being mentors, being their teacher, using their entire experience to guide them, using their information to place them wherever they can be best fitted, and honing their skills to prepare them for a new world, for new and emerging careers offering unlimited possibilities whose scope has been redefined in globalized India.
The Students Career Security Programme is blessed to have an association of some of the most distinguished personalities of India. The members have run the programme under the name of Academy for Administration and Governance. The Panel Members included who’s who of the academic and bureaucratic world who came together on the platform of Academy for administration and Governance (AAG), to have already guided 88 students to success out of a chosen 134 students in 2015.
The group is an eclectic group of intellectuals, teachers, mentors, psychologists, professionals and administrators whose single objective is to identify your talent and give you an assured career for the future in 21st century.

The programme is under the guidance of Sri K. Siddhartha, who will set the attitude, interest level and pedagogy as per the requirement of UPSC.
The students will have the entire course along with completion advisory for them, which they will be required to follow.
Whatever the candidates may have studied in the past, the course will minimise their efforts either by pruning what they have studied or by suggesting them what can study now.
By doing this course you will finish the section of map section of Geography in comprehensive and holistic manner (all the relevance and contemporary issues are explained).
Any standard Atlas.
The course sequencing is not per the syllabus as there is no syllabus but questions have been asked and will be definitely asked from this portion. World Map course is very important where mapping has to be done to obtain concept of the candidates.
